Mindful awareness creates freedom, resourcefulness and self-compassion. When we know what is true for us, we can move forward with a sense of expansiveness. When we expand, we become more open-hearted and begin to live with more authenticity.

As a wellness alchemist, I seek to facilitate healing by using a combination of practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, energy healing, meditation and other holistic modalities to promote physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.
My overarching goal is to facilitate a transformative journey that leads to greater self-awareness, inner peace, the clearing and healing of woundedness and to strengthen and crystalize the connection between body, mind and spirit.

SOUND HEALING
A SoundBath is a restorative healing modality of deep yet alert relaxation accompanied by the playing of crystal singing bowls. Participants typically lie in a comfortable position on the floor supported by yoga mats, pillows, and blankets.

The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience™ program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching with scientifically validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and build resilience.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a conscious and active breathing practice that can help improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. By challenging your usual and unconscious breathing to release stuck energy, and move it through the body.
