Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on form of alternative energy therapy that originated in Japan. Reiki is based on the idea that a "universal life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If this energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to get sick, feel fatigued or feel anxiety and stress. If energy is high and flowing, we are more capable of moving toward a healthy, happy and authentic life.

Curated intention Healing Journey

A Curated Intention Healing Journey is a great way to experience several healing modalities in in a single or group of sessions. Journeys are designed to address specific needs, issues or intentions. They may include breathwork, sound healing, mindfulness and energy work. Movement, art therapy and creative writing can also be included. In-studio journeys are offered for groups of 2-10.
