Join me for a deeply restorative experience curated for members of the LGBTQ Community + Allies. We'll begin by learning to create a more mindful state then gently take a deep dive into areas of the heart that need some loving kindness followed by a one hour SoundBath. Together we'll learn techniques for building self-compassion that can transform the way we love ourselves and others.
Details: Please wear comfortable clothing with layers to self-regulate your body temperature. Yoga mats are provided. Please bring any additional props to enhance your comfort as you lie in savasana (relaxation pose) on the floor for about an hour - i.e., a neck pillow, your favorite blanket, eye masks, and cozy socks.
