Breath of Compassion | Breathwork Journey
Let’s take a deep dive into a transformative ocean of self-compassion. We’ll begin with a mindfulness journey to light up areas that could use a little more love, less judgement, and some letting go. We’ll give those areas voice during a powerful but simple writing exercise. Finally, we’ll move energy through our bodies with a 50 minute breathwork ritual that will unfold into a state of release and transforming self-compassion.
